Driver Training Courses in Whangarei
Structured learning pathways designed to build lifelong confidence and capability on the road.
Ara Kōkiri: From Unlicensed to Learner Licence
It takes deliberate momentum to lift an aircraft into the sky or steer a waka into the current. This 2-day course bridges the gap from zero experience to a secured Learner licence, delivering the driving force necessary to confidently start navigating the roads.
Day 1
Driving Theory & Test Prep
A full 6-hour interactive classroom session breaking down the complexities of driving into three core elements: the Machine, the Human, and the Conditions. We supply the complete Ara Kōkiri workbook, snacks, and a catered lunch so students can focus entirely on learning. The day concludes with mock theory testing to ensure absolute readiness.
Day 2
The Test & The Skills Lab
We meet at the local testing center to submit paperwork and sit the official Learner Theory Test. Once the test is passed, we immediately transition to our practical "Skills Lab" in a secure carpark. Students complete technical vehicle inspections, hazard identification, and get behind the wheel for their very first practical drive in a safe, controlled environment.
The Next Step
1-on-1 Road Lesson
The learning doesn't stop in the carpark. Included in the course is an additional 1-hour, one-on-one driving lesson on the road. Students can book this session whenever they feel ready to take their new skills into live traffic.
Join our very first class on December 6th for $500 (normally $550)!
